Santa Baby

Our fifth Christmas tradition is to visit Santa. This year we were unsure exactly how Liam was going to react, especially since the first meeting did not go so well! This year though he was able to color with Daddy while I waited in line to see Santa, which he really enjoyed!

Then after the coloring was complete, it was his turn to see Santa. I walked Liam up to Santa and he reacted really well. He kept wanting to show Santa the picture he colored. Then it came time for Liam to sit on Santa's lap...which Liam decided he definitely wasn't ready for. So Mommy sat next to Santa with Liam on her lap and we had our picture taken. You can't tell from the picture, but Liam did have a great time with Santa...as long as Santa kept his distance.

As you can see in the picture, Liam is wearing a fireman's hat. He has a very active imagination, when he is not flying around the living room pretending to be Buzz Lightyear, he is a very heroic firefighter! :)
