Christmas Lights and Prepping for Santa

Our last Christmas traditions are to view the lights that Reynold's Farm Equipment do every year in Fishers and to lay out reindeer food and cookies for Santa.

First, we dressed in our pajamas the night before Christmas Eve and hopped in the car to see the lights. The lights were awesome! There were so many and our favorite was the moving train or "Choo-Choo!" as Liam likes to call it and the Gorilla. Liam's favorite was definitely the Gorilla. He kept pointing and yelling "MONKEY!" as we went by it. It was really fun to watch his reaction to the lights, but I think that I enjoyed them just as much as he did.

Here are some pictures of the lights:

Then on Christmas Eve, after we celebrated at Gigi and Pop's house, we headed home to get a good night sleep for Santa. Liam was up very late this night, so we quickly headed outside to leave the reindeer some food. One of the woman I work with made this for Liam and it was so cute that I am going to continue this tradition every year. It is a little pouch of "reindeer food" that is just birdseed and glitter. You throw it on the ground and then the reindeer can see the glitter from the sky and find your house. Here are a few pictures of us throwing the reindeer food:

Then, of course, we headed inside to lay out cookies for Santa and to leave carrots for the reindeer. Liam was definitely a good boy this year, and we know that he will be spoiled rotten this year by Santa!
