Yay for Labor Day!

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend we had. We had a very relaxing time, just the 3 of us. It was SO nice to be together as a family. Andy, Liam, and I had fun lounging around the house, watching the Notre Dame game, touring the zoo, and picking apples at Stuckey's apple orchard.

Of course, I have to write a little bit about Liam and his first time watching a Notre Dame game with his Daddy. For those of you who don't know, Andy is a HUGE ND fan and it has always been that way. So needless to say he has made it his goal to raise a son who will also love the Fighting Irish almost as much as him. Andy had Liam all decked out in his Notre Dame jersey (a size 2T...that actually fit!) and his Notre Dame hat. Liam watched Notre Dame stomp over Nevada (woohoo!) while Mommy made "football food" for Daddy and Liam. Daddy even did push-ups with Liam every time ND got a touchdown...which Liam of course loved. We are now calling Liam our "little luck charm" and will hope to keep the streak alive for this weeks game against Michigan.

Other than that we are gearing up for our trip to Hilton Head at the end of this week! We are so excited for Liam to see the beach for the first time and to have a family vacation. I will post about our trip in the next coming weeks...so stay tuned!
